GenDance Wellness aims to publish accurate information. When we get something wrong, we want to fix it in a way readers can see. This page explains how that works. It adds to our editorial policy.
How to report an error
Use the contact page and include the article link, the statement you believe is wrong, and a source if you have one. Reports about health and safety information are reviewed first.
How we review a report
- We read the claim in its context and check the source it relied on.
- We compare it with reliable sources suited to the question, as described in our research methodology.
- If the evidence supports a change, we update the article.
- If the evidence is unclear, we may reword the claim to show that uncertainty.
What we change, and how we show it
| Type of change | What we do |
|---|---|
| Grammar, formatting, or broken links | Fix it without a note |
| Outdated detail, such as a price or product feature | Update it and refresh the modified date |
| Factual error that changes meaning or safety guidance | Correct it and add a note explaining the change |
What we do not do
We do not quietly remove a mistake that changed what readers understood, and we do not change an article because an advertiser or brand asked us to. We also cannot offer personal medical or fitness advice in response to a report.
